Divine guidance on maintaining family ties is rooted in this concept and the responsibility to uphold, it lies with the Muslim community. It is a vital duty for Islamic scholars and intellectuals within the Muslim community to give due consideration to this aspect.
In doing so, it is expected that they will make diligent efforts to incorporate these divine guidance and principles into sermons, educational curricula in Islamic schools and within the framework of Muslim Personal Law.
